Biological Agriculture

Biological Agriculture is the only farming method governed by European rules and national laws. The certification is not based on a declaration from the estate, but on a control system recognized all over the European Union and the Untied States. The whole production cycle, from the preparation of the land, to the selling of the end product, is checked by independent, specialized bodies recognized by the State. With their trade mark, these bodies certify and warrant the full respect of European and national rules. The Castello Tudisco olive estate is constantly monitored and certified by I.C.E.A.
